Cheap

Lovely staff and great service in person, however were incredibly difficult to contact over the phone. Showed expertise about the cars and were very helpful answering all my questions. Limited staffing shows on busy days (weekends), you can tell it's a cheap basic service - you get what you pay for, no real benefits included - ie if anything needs fixing you'll likely have to pay for it yourself.
