Recreate the subtle, chalky colours and mottled, matte finish of the Renaissance artists using these chalk-finish ink pads. Just like the names of the colours, these pads are beautiful.
This auction is for TWO cube pads (approx 4cm x 4cm). You can choose the colours from the following:
Vatican Wine, Medici Marble, Florentine Rose, Lavender Bloom, Sistine Sky, Venetian Sunrise, Tuscan Earth, Vesuvian Ash, Mediterranean Tide, Blue Grotto, Sicilian Spice, Giovanni's Garden, Amaretto Truffle, Indigo Velvet, Roman Midnight and Olive Grove (all pictured) or Botticelli Blush (skin-tone colour), Da Vinci Violet (purple colour) or Golden Parchment (toffee parchment colour), which are not pictured.
I have found these ink pads wonderful on vellum and great for shadow stamping because of their lovely, subtle shades.
Acid free and fade resistant for archival use.
