Based in our new Auckland Commercial office, this person will be responsible for managing a segment of our large commercial advertisers across the country. The Account Management team functions as the customer management heart of Trade Me Jobs, so we're looking for someone with an innate ability to exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include: - Ensuring newly acquired customers get up & running as smoothly as possible.
- Promoting ‘best practice’ advice to advertisers, to ensure advertisers get the most out of the site.
- Providing reactive support to customers, to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying & executing on opportunities for additional growth in high potential accounts.
- Assistance in the broader commercial development of Trade Me Jobs.
Required skills and experience: - Good relationship manager, with B2B sector.
- Strong account manager, with a track record in growing accounts.
- An aptitude for solution-based sales.
- Have a passion for the web.
- Knowledge of the HR/ recruitment market advantageous.
Ideally, this person will: - High energy, with great ability to multi-task (with over 50 accounts, you’ll need it).
- Have good written & verbal communication skills.
- Have a strong focus on customer needs.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be a great team player.
