Since launch just three years ago, Trade Me Property has consistently been the # 1 visited real estate website in New Zealand. Recently we passed 80,000 listings and our sights are firmly on 100,000. To assist in this we are seeking an account manager to exceed our client’s expectations and form lasting relationships.
Based in our new Auckland premises this position functions as the customer management heart of Trade Me Property, so we're looking for someone with a natural ability to exceed customer expectations and offer support to our business development managers.
Key responsibilities include:
*Ensuring new customers get up & running as smoothly as possible. *Providing guidance to customers to ensure they get the most out of Trade Me Property. *Identifying & delivering opportunities for additional growth, with particular focus on upselling *Ongoing account management to maximise customer satisfaction & retention *Assist in the commercial development of Trade Me Property
Required skills and experience:
*Good B2B relationship manager *Strong account manager, with an ability to grow accounts *Have a passion for ecommerce *Knowledge of the property market advantageous *Be a colourful person
Ideally, this person will:
*Have good written & verbal communication skills *Have a strong focus on customer needs *Have good attention to detail *Be a great team player
