Sofa bed 3 seater with single seater

Surplus to requirements. This couch is excellent for a flat. 3 seater pulls out to a sofa bed. It's easy to pull out and in good condition. Single seater is super comfortable, great for curling up with a good book.

The suite has been well used, wearing on the arms and front of cushions, see picture. Selling as is.

This is from a household that has pets and once upon a time smokers, but no longer!

Dimensions for couch are... Length 1950mm x width 850mm x height 830mm and chair... length 850mm x width 850mm x height 800mm. We couldn't find measuring tape so these aren't exact but very close. Didn't get the pull out bed measurement it is a double bed ish. 8:38 pm, Thu 21 Aug
