Nick, a man in his twenties who works at a local recycling plant, finds romance with a veterinary nurse. Anxious to leave town but not having any money, Nick helps friends to commit a burglary. As he sinks deeper and deeper into a life-threatening situation he realises that he has placed his girlfriend in danger too.
