Alcohol sales are a whole separate revenue stream by itself. The drinks are kept cool in the BBQ/chiller trailer being towed behind the bus. Stop at the beach for hot food and cold drinks. Tables on both decks with wine bottle and wine glass holders allow you to drink with your friends while on the microphones trying to sing along to your own Ipod plugged into the bus.

The BBQ/chiller trailer will comfortably hold 45 dozen beer / wine/ food and is powered by its own generator.
The BBQ simply slides out the back when ever you need it. Turn up the rear bus speakers and instant beach or garden party.
The work functions and wedding markets have shown this to be a proven product having already successfully operated in a smaller rural center with very limited tourist numbers.
