This is a great single garage / workshop / shed for your place!
Constructed of cream weatherboards in great condition and an iron roof it is a sturdy little building.
It fits one smaller size car + lawnmower & all those other garage things comfortably.
Has a single tilt door, windows and side entry door with key as per the pictures.
It's yours for a bargain and we are happy to make arrangements with the purchaser for a suitable time-frame for removal. Plus, it's on the street front, so it will be fairly easy to remove.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyer is responsible for removal within a reasonable time frame. Garage is as is - where is.

The weatherboards + studs are in good shape and should stand up to being removed and assembled again.
