Royal Blue Rayburn system 355S that heats your water, heats your house using radiators and cooks your food (HOB - high output Boiler). Runs up to 7 radiators and HWC. The unit comes with a set of radiators that have been painted and will need TLC. Double oven model. The unit and radiators were taken from a old villa and I am not sure how old it is but I am told about 5 years old by the servicer. I have had the unit fully serviced with all bricks replaced, knobs replaced and surface conditioned. The boiler has been checked for leaks and is in perfect working order. In good condition with some general cooking spill marks. It can be viewed on request.

One has a bit of rust. There is special paint that you can purchase to paint these radiators. They are all in working order it is just the cosmetics that needs addressing.
