having a big clear out so check out my other listings here we have a log burner 9 years oldwith with a great stone surround and wood mantle , also comes with a adjustable fire surround that needs work but still does job , also a flue and a wind thing for the chimney and yet these more also a chimney sweep 800 by 650 approx 1450 by 985 for surround and mantle
will also through in wood basket and a Tomahawk
I also have a woodshed of wood in my other auctions up for grabs so you could get your self all set up for the next winter
buyer to dismantle with the help of owner if need be we have already taken down the wind thing

posted by: happyhome (616  ) 10:07 am, Fri 21 Nov | | sorry I just rang canterbury enviro and they have informed me that it is a clean air approved log burner that was put in in 1999 so it is 9 years old not 5 like I had previously stated what is the difference between ecan and clean air I thought they were the same

As soon as it is removed it is no longer clean air. if someone was to put it in there house they would need building concent and there is not a clean air number for this unless they are on a property 2 hectares or over out side of christchurch. Emissions and rules change all the time and this may of been clean air when new but not the case anymore.
