MARWIN A101 ATTIC STAIR
Made in USA
Imported and sold by Sellwood before they designed and started to make their own models.
This model was replaced with the Sellwood R31.

Used and previously installed in a house with a 10 foot high ceiling.
Unit is complete and ready for re-installing.

Frame Opening required 1370mm x 650mm

Installation can be arranged in the Auckland area.
