The famous IHQ teak ice-bucket inspired by Nordic Viking ships with the influence of japanese water-buckets from the 18th century and a touch of Scandinavian milk/food container design! Designed in 1960 by Jens Harald Quistgaard (Danish designer, 1919-2008)
Quistgaard's works are steadily going up in price as the market realises just how magnificent these early pieces are!
Staved solid teak with black coloured liner and original lid
Very good condition with some expected small marks and watermarks, can be polished but I prefer to leave it as it is - please see photos for details
